WHAT WE DO

At Community Moves we believe that movement is the foundation of good health. We deliver group exercise classes and personal training sessions that focus on helping our members improve all aspects of physical fitness including strength, aerobic capacity, mobility, balance, and coordination, so that they can continue to live an active and healthy life.

Chronic Disease
